Refunds & Other Policies

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website operated by Spiritual Holistic Healing, a division of Geisel Envisioning International Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern use of the website and services.

Digital Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital guided workbooks and journals

  • Downloadable files or resources

  • Digital educational materials

  • Online content delivered electronically

Once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, it cannot be returned, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. This policy is necessary because digital products cannot be retrieved or verified as deleted once accessed.

Candles with Purpose – No Refunds

Our candles and related products are handcrafted in Ontario, Canada. Because each item is individually made, minor variations in colour, appearance, fragrance, or finish may occur and are part of the handcrafted nature of the product. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Fragrance perception is personal and may vary from person to person. Returns or refunds are not available based solely on fragrance preference.

 

Limited Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

For safety and quality reasons, used or burned candles, wax melts, or other scented products cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly through Crafted Canadian with your order information and photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate to the circumstances. Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original method of payment in accordance with Crafted Canadian’s payment and refund processes.

Shipping Policy

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 per order anywhere in Canada, regardless of the number of products purchased in a single order.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Richard@SpiritualHolisticHealing.com with your order information and photographs of the product and packaging.

Shipping is currently available within Canada only.

Services, Programs, and Events

Where services, programs, or events are offered, refund eligibility (if any) will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or registration. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Fees for services already rendered are non‑refundable

  • Missed sessions, non‑attendance, or early termination do not entitle the purchaser to a refund

Any exceptions must be explicitly stated prior to purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product (for example, a broken download link), please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Restore access, or

  • Provide the purchased product in an alternative format

Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund once access has been successfully provided.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to products or services. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns before involving a payment provider.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting and reflected by the updated date at the top of this document. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
